We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Otherwise, standard shipping within the contiguous US is available for orders weighing up to 5 lb for $9.90 and up to 70 lb for $19.90.

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states via standard ground shipping. We do NOT ship to the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions including Puerto Rico.

If you wish to cancel your order, reach out to support@babymoa.com as soon as possible and include your order number and best phone number to reach you. If the order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel it.

According to our Return Policy, all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the items being returned must be unused and in original packaging.
